The single "Reap the Wild Wind" sets the tone for this hapless collection of songs, seemingly inspired by religious themes. Only "We Came to Dance" is of any value, with its nod to the earlier, less commercially successful (but more artistically satisfying) Ultravox sound. The producer? George Martin, no less. He's worked with better bands, allegedly.
